What are some good things to put in my Operation Christmas Child box?

I chose to do an Operation Christmas Child shoebox this year. You are supposed to fill it with school supplies, hygenic things, toys, etc. I am doing one for a 10-14 year old girl. What should I put in my box? You aren’t allowed liquids, food, cards, or anything that could scare a kid.

I would definitely not put movies in there like the first person suggested. These kids who they give the boxes too are poor and live in third world countries, so I doubt that they have TVs and DVD players!

Here are some ideas for a 10-14 year old girl:
-Toothbrush(es) and toothpaste
-Socks (I like to get the cute girly ones for the girls
-T-shirt
-Flip flops
-Hat
-Sunglasses
-Hairbrush and hair clips, or headbands
-Lip balm or chapstick
-Bar soap (and they ask that you put soap in a plastic bag)
-Deodorant
-Necklace, bracelets
-School supplies: Notebook or paper, pens or pencils, colored pencils, crayons, etc. (and also include a sharpener if you put in pencils, because they may not have a way to sharpen them)
-Toys: Yo-yo, jump rope, small stuffed animal, flute recorder, glow sticks (I always like to include those!), marbles, jacks, stickers, small doll, or a small puzzle
-Hard candy or gum. Just make sure to double bag it in case of melting (I don’t think hard candy really melts, but I have heard that it can get sticky and ruin some other things in the box if it isn’t in a plastic bag). And no chocolate is allowed. I usually put in lollipops, mints, candy canes, and/or bubble gum. Those things are all allowed. Just no chocolate, and no other kinds of food. And also, if you include soap in your box, I would suggest trying to put the soap and candy at opposite ends of the box, so that the candy won’t taste like soap
