Does it annoy you a great deal when you discover that your boss rewards employees that he/she favors a lot?
More than other employees even thought they have done their fair share of work as their “highly-favored” co-workers.
By the end of the year, if you boss gives a recognition award to the employee that they truly favor, would that upset you or you just forget it and move on?
Sure, it happens. You can get upset, rant to your boyfriend/husband, friends, parents, whoever as long as it’s not co-workers (an certainly not those who are the favorite), and then you move on. Such is life.
