Do I still use the same temp and time for baking mini loaves as a cake?
If I am using a cake recipe but want to make mini loaves instead of a whole cake, do I still bake the loaves the same temperature and baking time as the cake?
Same temp, less time. Start checking at the half way point and every 5-10 minutes thereafter.
