Where is a good place for engagement pictures with a country setting?

I live in Katy, TX and my fiance and I have a photographer, but we are having a hard time figuring out where to take our photos at. I would like to find a place in the Houston area that will provide a country or southern backdrop for us. It could be like a vintage southern with a rustic theme. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
