Second, Here are list of general suggestions for building a deck:

The minimum deck size is 40 cards, the strongest decks are the ones that are between 40 and 45 cards max.

If you do not have a way to special summon high level monsters (ie cyber dragon’s effect or flute of dragon summoning, etc), then limit the number of tribute monsters in the deck to 2 or 3 at the MOST.

Finally pick a theme and focus on that. Doing that will help you trim down to a 40 card deck. For example, do you like playing equipment? Then make most of your spell cards equipment. Do you like Spell casters or warriors? make most of your monsters spell casters or warriors and pull in the spells and traps that support them
