safestyle windows-too good to be true?

I have just had a salesman call round to quote me for 3 replacement windows from Safestyle windows, first impressions were not good as he looked like he had been dragged through a hedge backwards.
I had the usual sales patter although it was not a hard sell that you hear about.Eventullay we got to the phone call to the boss and a rock bottom price of £2050 was agreed.Being a bit cynical i was adamant i was getting further quotes which resulted in me talking to his boss who asked what it would take to sign the contract that day, i relented and the salesman went but i was told the price would still apply should i ring next week.

That kind of sales technique I consider to be unscrupulous. They start out with a very high price to make you think you’re getting a deal and they put you on the line with another person called a closer who specializes in closing the deal. If they have to engage in such tactics I would not trust them for any thing. But reviews I found were not good. But it is your decision. I will say that a conventional window with a storm window is in fact more efficient than most double pane windows.
